Here’s a look towards this weekend’s recruiting visits and other news. This list will be updated throughout the weekend.
**Zion Williamson, the 6-foot-6 small forward from Spartanburg (SC) Day School, trips to Clemson this weekend (Nov. 10) for his fifth and final official visit. Williamson, who is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 2 overall player in the Class of 2018, has previously taken official visits to Kansas (Sept. 30), Kentucky (Oct. 13), Duke (Oct. 20), and North Carolina (Oct. 27). Williamson also took an unofficial visit to Clemson earlier this year (Sept. 9).
**Tyler Herro, the 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Whitnall (WI) High School, will take his first official visit since his de-commitment this weekend, tripping to Kentucky (Nov. 10). Herro, who de-committed from Wisconsin last month, says he has no other visits planned.
**Tyger Campbell, the 6-foot point guard from La Lumiere (IN) School, trips to DePaul this weekend (Nov. 10) for his second official visit. Campbell, who de-committed from DePaul in September, also took an official visit to Purdue last month (Oct. 21). He has no other visits currently planned.
**Trey McGowens, the 6-foot-3 combo guard from Wren (SC) High School, takes his first official visit to Clemson this weekend (Nov. 10-12). McGowens reclassified to the 2019 class last month.
**Zion Harmon, the 2021 point guard from Adair County (KY) High School, takes an unofficial visit to Indiana this weekend (Nov. 10). This fall, Harmon has taken unofficial visits to Kentucky (Sept. 23), Kansas (Oct. 10), Kentucky (Oct. 13), and Vanderbilt (Oct. 21).
**Simi Shittu, the 6-9 forward from Vermont Academy, won’t visit North Carolina on an official as initially planned. Shittu has taken one official to Vanderbilt. It remains unclear if he will sign early or late.
**Romeo Langford, the 6-5 shooting guard from New Albany (IN) High, will trim his list to three schools on Saturday morning. Langford currently lists Indiana, Vanderbilt, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina and UCLA. He took official visits to Vanderbilt (Sept. 22), UCLA (Sept. 29), North Carolina (Oct. 13), Indiana (Oct. 21), and Kansas (Oct. 27). He is also considering Kentucky but dropped Louisville in the wake of the college bribery scandal.
**Darius Garland, the 6-foot-1 point guard from Brentwood Academy (TN), will sign on Friday or Monday, according to his trainer, Jamal Richardson. Garland has visited Vanderbilt (Sept. 23-25), Kentucky (Oct. 13-15), Indiana (Oct. 20-22) and UCLA (Oct. 27-29).
