  • Big Strick National Game Rosters Announced

    Here are the rosters for the Big Strick National Game, set for Aug. 8 at the Gauchos Gym.

    The doors will open at 4:15 p.m. The event starts at 5 with a 3-point Contest and a Dunk Contest, and then the Regional Game at about 6 p.m., with the National Game at about 8 p.m. Regional Game rosters are here.

    The game is a memorial to the legendary streetball player John “Franchise” Strickland, featuring some of the top high school players from around the country, as the USA team, against the top players from the NYC Tri-state area, as the NYC team. The admission to the game is free and open to the public.

    There will be free giveaways for the fans who attend the game. This game is sponsored by Left Hand, Right Hand, LLC, Metal Sales, The Rock Basketball, Anaconda Sports, Inside Streetball, Premierball.com, Facade Technology and Slam Magazine.
