Kansas has a big recruiting weekend on tap including visits with 2015 Our Savior New American forward Cheick Diallo and 2016 Athlete Institute big man Thon Maker on Friday.

On Thursday, head coach Bill Self had a “great” home visit with 2015 Cleveland (OH) Villa-Angela St. Joseph forward Carlton Bragg, Bragg’s mentor Michael Graves told SNY.tv.

“We were really impressed with the presentation, tradition and the present and future of the Kansas program,” Graves said. “They showed Carlton clips of past Jayhawks and the way [Self] likes to use his power forwards.

“They also talked about the academics of Kansas and we were really impressed with the virtual tour we got to see. The 39-room state of the art dorm for the men’s basketball program is groundbreaking in two weeks.

“They love Carlton’s skillset and said he might be the most skilled big man in the 2015 class.”

Bragg still has the following home visits coming up:

    Kentucky – Sept. 17

    Arizona – Sept. 24

    UCLA – Sept. 27

    Illinois – Sept. 30
