NEW YORK — An athletic small forward from Christchurch (Va.) School, Devin Robinson was on display in Harlem Thursday night.
He scored 13 points and grabbed six rebounds in a losing effort as Team Reebok lost to Team EBC, 73-72, in the Reebok Basketball Experience at Rucker Park.
The 6-foot-8, 175-pound forward is planning two visits right now.
“I have a visit to Oklahoma State Sept. 13 and Indiana Oct. 4 [for Hoosier Hysteria],” he told SNY.tv.
Robinson is also being courted by Florida, Michigan, Notre Dame, UConn and Louisville, among others.
“I’m very versatile,” he said. “I’m team-first, I rebound. I do everything.”
Said New York recruiting expert Tom Konchalski: “He’s terrific. “He just needs to get stronger, that’s all he needs to do
“He’s a very good all-court player. He’s a running forward who changes ends, gets out on the break. An athletic system is the best for him, obviously. He just needs to get stronger.”
