Nick Faust has chosen to transfer to Long Beach State. Jeff Goodman of ESPN.com was the first to report the news.

The former Maryland point guard chose Long Beach State after withdrawing his commitment to transfer to Oregon State when head coach Craig Robinson was dismissed.

Faust averaged 9.4 points per game as a junior for the Terrapins, leading them to a 17-15 record.

Faust has to sit out for the 2014-2015 season and will have one year of eligibility remaining.
