Memphis transfer Nick King is heading to Alabama, per Jeff Borzello of ESPN.com. King will have two years of eligibility after he sits out the 2015-16 season.

Last season with Memphis, the 6-7 swingman averaged 7.2 points per game and 4.8 rebounds per game.

This is new coach Avery Johnson’s second big commitment since taking over, the first being 2015 guard Dazon Ingram.
