Thon and Matur Maker visited Kentucky Sunday for the Wildcats’ 58-38 victory over Providence.

“Big time atmosphere at the #UK game It’s easy when Pros play with Pros.#BBN #GettingItDone” Thon Tweeted.

Both brothers were in Lexington for the Bluegrass Showcase in which the 7-foot Thon went for 24 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks Saturday in Orangeville Prep’s 72-58 victory over Prime Prep (Tex.).

    Matur Maker is a 6-10 2017 forward.

Thon Maker will decide by January whether to reclass to 2015 from 2016, his guardian Ed Smith has said.

Maker, who transferred to Athlete Institute in Orangeville, Ontario earlier this fall, is projected by many as the No. 1 pick in 2016. He has drawn comparisons to both Kevin Durant and Kevin Garnett, although he needs to add weight and strength.

Smith told the Lexington Herald-Leader Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana and Stanford were “very strong in recruiting us.”

Kentucky is involved with numerous uncommitted 2015 bigs, including Ivan Rabb, Stephen Zimmerman, Cheick Diallo, Carlton Bragg, Caleb Swanigan, Brandon Ingram and Thomas Bryant, whom they just recently offered and who is expected to take an official visit.
