Trevor Manuel committed to the Oregon Ducks Thursday afternoon.
“It’s official next year I’ll be a duck#GoDucks” he tweeted. “Thanks for all the love and support from everyone.”
“I went out there for my official and fell in love with the school,” he told SNY.tv contributor Chip Miller by text.
Manuel chose the Ducks over presumed favorite Michigan State.
A long and lanky power forward, ranked at No.88 in the class of 2015 by 247 Sports, Manuel is the second commit for Dana Altman in the class of 2015 alongside of Kendall Small.
Manuel is raw, but extremely talented. At 6-foot-9, Manuel can stretch it out to the three point line, as well as take players off of the bounce.
“[Coach Altman] wants to showcase my athleticism,” Manuel said.
