Wiggins, Parker, Randle Expected for Jordan Brand Classic

Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker and Julius Randle are among the high school stars expected to compete in the Jordan Brand Classic April 13 at the Barclays Center.

Tickets go on sale today (Friday) at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.

The 6-foot-8 Parker recently pledged to Duke, while the 6-8 Wiggins and the 6-9 Randle remain uncommitted and will sign during the NCAA late signing period beginning April 17.

Wiggins is considering Kentucky, Florida State, Kansas and North Carolina, while Randle is down to Kentucky, Kansas, Florida, N.C. State, Oklahoma and Texas.

The Jordan Brand Classic is part of a tripleheader with the International Game at 3:30 p.m., the City vs. Suburbs Regional Game at 5:30 p.m. and the National Game at 8 p.m. on ESPN2.

LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, Derrick Rose, Amar’e Stoudemire, Kyrie Irving and Dwight Howard all played their final high school game in the Jordan Brand Classic.

The game is returning to New York for the first time since 2010, when it was last played at Madison Square Garden.

Lucas insists Milner came in out of shape and that's why he tweaked his hamstring. Any truth to that? Because he is the only one saying that. If it were true, Cimini would be all over it.

I think Decker is the most important signing, and that he'll make the entire passing game better. It's been pretty well documented that while Peyton makes receivers better, that they in turn make their next team's QB better. Decker has just the right mix of intelligence, and temperance to be the best example yet.

If we had to narrow our season down to one key, it would be Stephen Hill. If he finishes with 800 yards and 8 touchdowns or so, we are at least a middle of the pack offense, which = Playoffs!

At this point, I feel like I know the favorite cereal, typical bedtime, and most interesting hobby of Markus Zusevics.  If I was Ray Lucas and I had to do another one of these Jets offseason repeats, I'd start the broadcast by shooting myself in the head.  And if I was Brian Custer, having just watched Lucas kill himself, I'd turn to the camera and say, "This just in, there is no Jets news.  We have absolutely nothing to report."  And then I'd pick up the gun and shoot myself too.

@goat7 If we were to do this exercise, the only acceptable answer is Geno Smith.

I agree.  Last year, the defense kept us in games until Geno blew us apart.  If he can't take care of the football, we're in for a long year.
