    Tyler LewisTransferring N.C. State point guard Tyler Lewis is headed to Butler after visiting the Indiana school this past week.

    “I love the coaches and players,” the 5-foot-11 Lewis told SNY.tv. “I felt like it was home and a place where I can really succeed.’

    A 2012 McDonald’s All-American, Lewis averaged 4.4 points and 3.8 assists this past season at N.C. State, setting a school record and finishing second in the ACC with a 3.55:1 assist-to-turnover ratio.

    He will sit out next season per NCAA transfer rules and suit up in 2015-16.
