Former UConn commit Prince Ali has committed to UCLA, he told SNY.tv by phone Saturday from the Nike Global Challenge.

“Yes,” the Bronx native said. “It’s the perfect fit.”

The 6-foot-4 combo guard from The Sagemont (FL) School is set to visit UCLA Aug. 31 and was set to visit Louisville in early September.

“He brings superior athleticism, offensive creativity and great competitiveness,” Sagemont school coach Adam Ross told SNY.tv.

Ali decommitted from UConn in May after choosing the Huskies over UCLA, Illinois and Georgetown, among others.

UCLA now has Ali and point guard Aaron Holiday in its 2015 class.

Expect the Bruins to focus on wings Jaylen Brown and Brandon Ingram going forward.
