    Kyrie Irving could become a major trendsetter if he decides to announce his college choice later this year via his Twitter feed.

    “Everybody, I’m gonna announce it everywhere,” Irving, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound guard from Elizabeth (N.J.) St. Patrick tweeted recent.

    For those who haven’t yet caught the craze, Twitter is a Web-based social networking tool that allows people to explain what they’re doing in 140 characters or less.
