Tyler Harris is hitting the road.

Harris, a 6-foot-8, 195-pound small forward from Dix Hills (N.Y.) Half Hollow Hills West and the younger brother of incoming Tennessee freshman forward Tobias Harris, will take several visits over the next two weeks.

According to Torrel Harris, Tyler’s father, the planned schedule goes like this:

Monday (June 21) – North Carolina

    Tuesday – N.C. State

    Thursday – Rutgers

During the week of June 27, Tyler will also visit Syracuse, Seton Hall and UConn.

    SINA TALKS RUTGERS

Jaren Sina, a 6-foot 2013 point guard from Gill St. Bernard’s, visited Rutgers unofficially last week.

“My visit to Rutgers was amazing,” Sina said. “I really enjoyed the campus and the upcoming facilities that are in the process of being built. Coach Jim Carr has been watching me play for a while and has shown a lot of interest in the way I play the game of basketball. I met Coach [Mike] Rice for the first time and I really enjoyed talking with him. He is a very successful coach and I think he will bring the Rutgers basketball program to the level it needs to be at.”

Sina holds offers from Rutgers and La Salle and said he’s receiving interest from Syracuse, Notre Dame, St. John’s, Virginia Tech, URI, Vermont and James Madison.
