With Amar’e Stoudemire apparently headed to the Knicks, David Lee looks to be on his way out.

Lee and his agent, Mark Bartelstein, met for about two hours each Friday in Chicago with representatives from the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat.

“They both made great presentations,”  Bartelstein said by phone. “You’ve got to give them credit. They put a lot of time and effort into it. They made David feel terrific.”

Lee and Bartelstein will meet Saturday with the Minnesota Timberwolves in Minnesota before meeting with the Nets later in the weekend.

Bartelstein said the exact timing of the Nets meeting had yet to be determined, but it will happen “some time over the weekend.”

Lee averaged 20.2 points and 11.7 rebounds and became the first Knick since 2001 to make the All-Star Game.

Meantime, Dwyane Wade met Friday with the Knicks and Bulls after meeting with the Nets Thursday.

Of the Knicks’ meeting, he told reporters: “It was a good meeting, it was a real good meeting and I will say I’m intrigued.”

His two-and-a-half hour meeting with the Bulls was his second in two days with that team.

“Things are getting very interesting,” he said.
