Deuce Bello confirmed that he and Westchester (N.C.) Country Day School teammate Quincy Miller will take an official visit to Baylor.

“Yes, we go Oct. 2,” Bello said by text.

The two players had a home visit last week with Baylor coach Scott Drew that Bello said was “good.”

The 6-foot-3 Bello and the 6-9 Miller both tripped to Louisville last weekend and enjoyed it.

Bello said he’s also considering Maryland, Miami, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Wake Forest and Clemson.

Miller is also looking at Kentucky, Wake Forest, Kansas, UCLA, Marquette, Duke and Oklahoma.

No other officials are set for either player, though.

Pat Kahny, the Westchester AD and basketball coach, previously said it’s also possible one or both players could wait until the spring to sign.

“Both of them were leaning toward not making a decision until after the season is over,” Kahny said.
