**UPDATED**
So two minutes after I posted the D’Angelo Harrison blog, Terrell Henderson of the Franchize All-Stars called me back.
He confirmed that four schools are still in the mix for the 6-foot-3, 190-pound shooting guard from Dulles (Texas) Fort Bend: Baylor, Marquette, Oklahoma State and St. John’s.
No official visits have yet been set, and Harrison has had one home visit with Marquette last week.
“He [Harrison] said it was good,” Henderson said. “It was not a pressure situation. They got to know the Marquette staff and Marquette got to know the family better so I thought it went well.”
Next up is Oklahoma State.
“Oklahoma State is doing a home visit tomorrow [Tuesday],” Henderson said.
He said Baylor was expected in later this week and St. John’s next week, though no dates have been set.
“We’ll try to get the home visits in first and then go from there,” Henderson said.
Henderson said all four schools were on equal footing and reports or rumors that Baylor is leading are incorrect.
“It would be factual information to say that he’s never been on Baylor’s campus and Baylor hasn’t been in for a home visit,” Henderson said.
No timetable is set and Harrison will work his way through the process.
“We’ve cut it from nine schools to four,” Henderson said. “And these are the four we’re going to try to get to know better and go through the process.”
