  • Las Vegas Tip-Off Challenge Announced

    As a prelude to “Vegas Week,” the Las Vegas Fab 48 is hosting a special event on the eve of both the two major events this week: Las Vegas Fab 48 and adidas Super 64.

    The Las Vegas Tip-Off Challenge will pit six top-seeded Las Vegas Fab 48 squads against six elite adidas Super 64 teams for media, scouts and fans on Thursday July 21st at Bishop Gorman High School (Las Vegas, NV).

    The event schedule is as follows:

    5:00pm  New England Playaz (MA) vs. Mac Irvin Fire (IL)  (court 1)
    5:00pm  Juice All-Stars (NY) vs. DC Assault (DC)  (court 2)
    6:15pm  Belmont Shore (CA) vs. Connecticut Basketball Club (CT)   (court 1)
    6:15pm  Philly’s Finest (PA) vs. Colorado Hawks (CO)    (court 2)
    7:30pm  Dream Vision (CA) vs.  Oakland Soldiers (CA)  (court 1)
    7:30pm  New Jersey Playaz (NJ) vs. Compton Magic (CA)  (court 2)

    Top players participating include Shabazz Muhammad, Andre Drummond, Kyle Anderson, Brandon Ashley, Grant Jerrett, Amile Jefferson, Kaleb Tarczewski, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon, Gabe York, Chris Thomas, Savon Goodman, Kris Dunn, Zena Edosomwan, Winston Shepard, Robert Upshaw, Isiah Whitehead, Nate Britt, Xavier Johnson, Dominic Artis, Jabari Bird, Steve Taylor, Jahlil Okafor, Thomas Hamilton,  Ikenna Iroegbu, Myles Davis, Eric Cooper Jr., and Tyler Dorsey.
