St. Anthony senior power forward Jerome Frink could announce his college choice this week, his mother told SNY.tv.

Ingrid Frink said her son is considering “Hofstra, FIU, Iona, Quinnipiac and a couple other schools.”

“He’s still looking,” she told SNY.tv. “He should make his decision by this week.”

She added: “He still has two more visits. I’m not sure if he’s going to take them this week.”

The 6-foot-7, 190-pound Frink was a rugged rebounder and interior scorer alongside UCLA-bound Kyle Anderson on a St. Anthony team that won back-to-back New Jersey Tournament of Champions titles and went 65-0 over the past two seasons.

He averaged 16.2 points and 6.5 rebounds in six state tournament games.

“Right now,” Ingrid said, “I’m looking forward to him committing to a school and then focusing on finals, graduation and prom.”
