Kavon Stewart, a 5-foot-11 point guard out of Hudson (N.J.) Catholic, has verbally committed to Robert Morris, as first reported by SNY.tv.
“I’ve known coach [Andy] Toole for a long time, ever since I’ve been in the seventh grade and it’s a great fit for me,” Stewart told SNY.tv.
“I will bring leadership and a great feel for the game and be a pass-first point guard.”
Stewart said he also had offers and interest from Seton Hall, Rutgers, Hofstra, FIU, Quinnipiac and UMass.
