St. John’s coach Steve Lavin talks about Saturday’s game at Providence and the Johnnies’ chances of making the NCAA Tournament. After the Friars, St. John’s (16-11, 8-7 Big East) visits Notre Dame and hosts Marquette. They probably need to win at least two of these three to make the Big Dance.

“We gotta find a way to get some ‘W’s,” Lavin said. “As Al Davis would say, just win, baby.”
