Jaylen Johnson committed to Louisville Friday, making him the third player in the ESPN top 100 to commit to the Cardinals, joining JaQuan Lyle and Shaqquan Aaron.
Johnson, ranked No. 62 by ESPN, will give the Cardinals another inside presence to accompany Akoy Agau, with the possible lurking departures of Chane Behanan and Montrezl Harrell to the NBA Draft.
The 6-foot-9, 215- pound power forward out of Ypsilanti (Mich.) High School, chose the Cardinals over Arizona State, Cincinnati, Florida State, Iowa State, Maryland, Miami, Oregon, TCU and Tennessee.
