Carlton Bragg said he wanted a scholarship offer from Kentucky, and now he has one.
“I talked to assistant coach Orlando Antigua and Carlton does have an offer from the University of Kentucky,” Bragg’s mentor Michael Graves told SNY.tv.
Kentucky’s John Calipari watched Saturday as Bragg went for 24 points, nine rebounds and three assists as his Villa Angela St. Joseph (Ohio) team lost to Kentucky-bound Trey Lyles and Indianapolis (IN) Arsenal Tech, 80-76.
“[Calipari] told me that Carlton played very well, he had a great game,” Graves told SNY.tv. “He didn’t settle for 3-point shots. He had a nice all-around game.”
Bragg, a 6-foot-8 2015 forward, holds a slew of high-major offers but recently said he still wanted them from Kentucky and Syracuse.
As for college, Bragg plans to cut his list in September.
