Andrew Fleming chose the Iowa Hawkeyes over Florida, Ohio State, UNLV, Vanderbilt and Memphis on Monday afternoon.

“I have decided to play college basketball at the University of Iowa! ,” Fleming tweeted.

Fleming, a 6-foot-4, 200 pound shooting guard from Nashville, Tenn., will join Brandon Hutton of Chicago DeLaSalle as the second commit for Iowa in the Class of 2015. The Hawkeyes also have a commitment from 2016 forward Cordell Pemsl.

KyleHere’s the list of players who will attend the NBA Draft Combine later this week in Chicago.

As reported earlier, Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid and Jabari Parker — the projected top three picks — won’t attend.

Michigan State’s Adreian Payne and Michigan’s Mitch McGary (back) are also reportedly out.

Chad Ford of ESPN.com also reported that Julius Randle, Dante Exum, Aaron Gordon, Noah Vonleh, Tyler Ennis, Doug McDermott and Nik Stauskas are unlikely to participate in drills. All are projected lottery picks except for Stauskas, who is a projected first-round pick.

    HendersonSay this about Marshall Henderson.

He certainly made an otherwise bland Monday morning on Twitter interesting.

The former Ole Miss guard — who has had multiple run-ins with the law and battled drug issues — Tweeted several homophobic comments directed at Michael Sam and ESPN for showing Sam and his boyfriend kissing after Sam was drafted by the St. Louis Rams.

The 6-foot-2 Henderson, whose college career is over, leaving him likely playing in Europe, beat a hasty retreat shortly thereafter and told the world it was for a psychological “study.”

For his first Tweet on Monday, Henderson wrote:

“Boycotting sportscenter til this michael sam nasty ass shit is off …. My brothers are 7 and 11 and saw that!!! #SICKENING”

    He added:

“Im sorry, but I DO NOT AGREE WHATSOEVER that should be shown to where innocent eyes can see!!!”

WiggyAndrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid and Jabari Parker — all potential No. 1 picks in next month’s NBA Draft — have chosen to skip this week’s Chicago pre-draft combine, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reported.

Wojnarowski called the bailing of the top three picks in the draft “unprecedented.”

While Wiggins and Parker are healthy, the 7-foot Embiid has been recovering from a stress fracture in his back that kept him out of games after March 1.

One day after returning from a visit to Penn State, Marshall transfer Kareem Canty committed to South Florida and new head coach Orlando Antigua.

Evan Daniels of Scout.com first reported the news.

“It was love,” the 6-foot-1 Canty told SNY.tv of his recent visit to USF. “I enjoyed it. The coaching staff made me feel like I was home and the weather was beautiful. I felt real comfortable. The athletic director was a major plus, too.”
