Isaiah Briscoe isn’t the only Roselle (N.J.) Catholic senior who is in high demand.

Chris Silva, the 6-foot-9 2015 power forward from RC, is also being heavily recruited.

Silva will begin an official visit to Seton Hall today (Wednesday) and will then trip to Rhode Island Sept. 3-4, South Carolina Sept. 12-14. He will also visit Kansas State, RC coach Dave Boff told SNY.tv.

Silva recently cut his list to those four plus Villanova. Boff said Silva is targeting a decision in September.

“I think Chris will make a decision by late September,” Boff said. “He’s excited to go through this process and find the school that is the best fit.

“His upside/potential is through the roof and his best basketball is ahead of him. When you think about where his game was and that this is his third year of organized basketball, he can end up as a very special player.”
