Esa Ahmad’s official visit to Maryland this past weekend was “awesome” and he will tentatively visit West Virginia this coming weekend, his father told SNY.tv.
The 6-foot-7 power forward from Cleveland (OH) Shaker Height recently cut his list to Ohio State, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Maryland and Oregon.
“[Maryland] was awesome,” Ibby Ahmad told SNY.tv. “We were treated like royalty. They have a good vision for Esa and a super team with excellent pieces coming in.”
West Virginia hosts Towson Saturday in football and Esa would be there for that game if he takes his visit this weekend.
“I want to make sure I pick the right school for me, the right fit and coming in to have an impact as a freshman,” Ahmad recently told SNY.tv.
