Tanksley Efianayi, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard/small forward from Daytona State, committed to Central Florida following his visit this weekend, he confirmed to SNY.tv.

He also visited and considered St. John’s and Arizona State.

“He is from Orlando,” Daytona coach Ryan Ridder said. “He’s a big physical guard who can really score it at the rim and from mid-range. He’s a good rebounder and defender and an improving 3-point shooter.”

Efianayi averaged 15.7 points and 6.4 rebounds last season for a Daytona team that went 24-6.
