Duke, California, St. John’s, Colorado and Iowa State are among the schools that will host recruits on this last weekend of February.

jayson-tatum**Jayson Tatum, the 6-foot-8 2016 wing from St. Louis (MO) Chaminade, visits Duke for Saturday’s game with Syracuse.

“They have one of the greatest coaches ever [Mike Krzyzewski], with almost 1,000 wins now,” Tatum told SNY.tv before Coach K crossed that rubicon. “They have a great tradition, with lots of great guys that come into that program. It’s somewhere I can see myself going.”

Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina and St. Louis are among the other schools in the mix for Tatum. For more on Tatum, click here.

**As first reported by SNY.tv, Cal has a huge weekend ahead with the trio of Ivan Rabb, Caleb Swanigan and Davon Dillard all coming to campus. Rabb and Swanigan are close friends and have talked about playing together in college in what would be a formidable front court.

**St. John’s will host 6-2 shooting guard Sammy Barnes-Thompkins of Phoenix (AZ) Sunnyslope for Saturday’s huge Big East tilt with Georgetown at Madison Square Garden, per his AAU coach Kenny Mullins.

**Speaking of St. John’s, Belgian guard Thomas Akyazili, who attended last weekend’s 58-57 win over Xavier, was at Colorado as of Thursday before returning home to Europe.

**As previously reported, 6-7 2016 forward Kassoum Yakwe of Our Savior New American will visit Iowa State beginning Sunday.

**As also reported here, Burlington (N.J.) Life Center point guard Traci Carter will visit Xavier this weekend and Marquette next weekend.

**A few other visits per Alex Kline: Zach Collins to Gonzaga, Kamar Baldwin to Clemson, Alex Olesinski to UCLA.

**Pitt watched 2016  Vermont Academy power forward Tyrique Jones Thursday.

**Jovan Grujic, a 7-footer from South Kent (CT), will return to the Class of 2015 instead of going 2016. As a 2016 he had interest from DePaul, Missouri, Towson, Fordham and others.

**Oklahoma head coach Lon Kruger and assistant Lew Hill, as well as Notre Dame head man Mike Brey, watched 2016 guard T.J. Gibbs of Seton Hall Prep on Wednesday.

**Brey and Michigan coach John Beilein also watched 2016 Gill St. Bernard’s guard Tyus Battle.
