Of the more than 11 million NCAA Tournament brackets on ESPN.com, only one was perfect entering Saturday.
Think about that. One person picked two No. 14 seeds — Georgia State and UAB — to beat two No. 3s — Baylor and Iowa State. And also got everything else right. So far.
That person — Malaquias4394 — has a Final Four of Kansas, Wisconsin, Louisville and Duke, with Kansas beating Kentucky in the Midwest Region final.
“If I had to do it again, I probably would’ve selected Kentucky over Kansas,” the guy told ESPN in this video, adding that he picked his bracket 15 minutes before the tournament began.
The best part? He also has Duke beating Kansas in the national championship by a score of 58-0.
Amazingly, ESPN didn’t ask him about his projected scoreline for the final.
