Both schools have five recruits for 2015 and both average out at a 4.60 ranking but Kentucky got the nod at No. 1.

Duke was No. 1 in the Scout rankings in 2014, while Kentucky was No. 1 every year from 2009-13. UCLA in 2008 was the last school other than Kentucky or Duke to be No. 1.
California, whose four-man class includes Ivan Rabb and Jaylen Brown, ranks No. 3.
Arizona, whose four-man group features scoring guard Allonzo Trier, is No. 4.
And LSU, whose three-man class includes potential No. 1 draft pick Ben Simmons, settles in at No. 5.
Washington, Louisville, Texas A&M, Kansas and Marquette round out the top 10, with Marquette the highest-ranked Big East program.
