Vermont Academy guard Bruce Brown has added a visit to Purdue for the weekend of Nov. 6.
The 6-foot-3 Brown has visited Indiana and Xavier and will trip to Miami this coming weekend.
This summer, Brown averaged 16.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.9 steals on the Nike EYBL circuit.

**St. John’s head coach Chris Mullin and assistant Barry “Slice” Rohrssen were at Christ the King on Tuesday to check out 2017 point guard Jose Alvarado and others. On Wednesday, Slice was at Archbishop Molloy for young players Moses Brown, Cole Anthony and Khalid Moore.
**Florida head coach Mike White will be in New England on Wednesday to see 2016 Brewster (N.H.) Academy small forward Alpha Diallo and Vermont Academy 2017 shooting guard Christian David, their coaches confirmed. Finkelstein first reported the visits.
**Alabama offered 2017 DeMatha (MD) Catholic shooting guard D.J. Harvey.
**Markus Howard, a 2017 point guard from Findlay Prep, added a UConn offer to go with Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor and others.
**Memphis offered 2016 St. Benedict’s Prep big man Bourama Sidibe and 2017 guard David Beatty, while Seton Hall offered Beatty. The 6-10 Sidibe also has offers from Arizona State, Kansas State, SMU and Seton Hall.
**Missouri assistant Rob Fulford will watch 2017 point guards Trevon Duval and Jay Jay Chandler on Thursday.
**Rutgers watched 2017 Blair (N.J.) Academy point guard Matt Turner.
**St. Joe’s coach Phil Martelli watched St. Benedict’s power forward Arnaldo Toro again on Wednesday. Toro visits Kansas State this weekend.
**Buffalo landed a pledge Tuesday from 6-foot-11 Brock Bertram of Apple Valley (MN) who also considered Miami (Ohio). He is their fourth commit in 2016, following point guard Jalen Harris, shooting guard James Jones and power forward Quate McKinzie.
“Brock has had a tremendous career at Apple Valley,” coach Zach Goring said. “He’s going into his senior season and he has started on two state championship teams. He has a career 53-1 record in conference play as well. Brock has shot at least 65 percent from the field in each of his three seasons at AVHS. Brock continues to get better each season, and has added a 15-foot jumper this season.”
**Ole Miss got a commitment from 6-9 power forward Nate Morris of Lancaster (TX) who joins point guard Breein Tyree of St. Joe’s-Metuchen (N.J.) in their 2016 class.
