  • Chicago Point Guard Charlie Moore Enjoys Cal Visit

    Charlie MooreCharlie Moore, a 5-foot-10 point guard from Chicago (IL) Morgan Park, visited Cal on an official visit this past weekend and enjoyed it.

    “It was a great trip,” he told Scout.com. “I love the coaching staff. The players are also cool. I just enjoyed my time there.”

    “They are a family. It’s a family like atmosphere down there. Those guys are cool guys. They are always with each other and interacting. That just really stuck out to me.”

    The No. 15-ranked point guard in the Class of 2016 per 247Sports.com, Moore has also visited VCU and Memphis and may also visit Iowa State.

    “I believe so, but I’m not sure when yet,” he told Scout.
