Maryland (4), Kansas (3), Kentucky (3) and North Carolina (3) lead the way in terms of players being invited to the NBA Draft Combine in Chicago May 11-15.
The Maryland quartet of Robert Carter Jr., Diamond Stone, Jake Layman and Melo Trimble are the most from any school.
Stone is projected as the No. 22 pick by DraftExpress.com, with Trimble at No. 36, Layman at 45 and Carter Jr. at 51.
The Kansas trio of Cheick Diallo, Wayne Selden Jr., and Perry Ellis were all invited, while Brannen Greene was not.
Diallo, a one-and-done who got limited playing time at Kansas as a freshman, is projected at No. 33, Selden Jr. at 42 and Ellis at 59.
With the Kentucky guys, Jamal Murray, Skal Labissiere and Tyler Ulis were all invited, sources confirmed to SNY.tv. Isaiah Briscoe, Marcus Lee and Alex Poythress are alternates, Jeff Goodman of ESPN reported.

North Carolina’s Justin Jackson, Brice Johnson and Marcus Paige were all invited. Johnson is the only one projected by DraftExpress.com to be chosen in 2016, at No. 31.
