Jared Wilson-Frame, the 6-5 shooting guard from Northwest Florida State College, announced his commitment to Pittsburgh Friday during an official visit.
Wilson-Frame, the former Expressions Elite guard, joins Marcus Carr, Aaron Thompson, and Terrell Brown, as the fourth commit in Pittsburgh’s 2017 class.
“Frame is powerful, explosive and a very versatile player that can play many positions. He can fill in at the point and at the forward spot, but is most dangerous when playing on the wing,” said Northwest Florida State coach, Steve Demeo. “He is a very good passer, rebounder and can shot at a high percentage from 3 with deep range. Coach Stallings and Jeremy did a great job of evaluating and recruiting Jared,”
Last year at Northwest Florida State Collge, Frame averaged 15.4 points per game on 41 percent shooting. He has two years of eligibility remaining at Pittsburgh.
