As if this day wasn’t crazy enough in the world of the NBA, the Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to a sign-and-trade that would send Chris Paul to the Houston Rockets where he will team up James Harden, per The Vertical.

Paul and Blake Griffin were both headed to free agency, as reported here last week.

Now there is already speculation that Carmelo Anthony could join his friend Paul in Houston if he works out a buyout with the Knicks, who on Wednesday announced the firing of Phil Jackson. Anthony is owed $54 million by the Knicks.
