Cole Swider, the 6-foot-7 small forward from St. Andrews (RI) School, will announce his college decision on Friday at 3:30 pm. He will announce at Sage Gym at St. Andrews School per Michael Hart.
Swider took his final official visit on Monday (June 26) to Xavier, after previously taking officials to Syracuse (June 18) and Duke (June 23). Villanova is also included in his final four.
According to 247Sports, Swider is ranked as the No. 92 overall player in the Class of 2018 and the No. 1 player from the state of Rhode Island.
Playing with Team BABC on the Nike EYBL Circuit, Swider has averaged 19.4 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and 0.7 assists per game, through 16 games. After finishing with a 10-6 record through the first four sessions, Team BABC will participate in Peach Jam next month.
