Zion Griffin, the 6-foot-6 small forward from Hinsdale (IL) South High School, named Illinois State, Iowa State, Pittsburgh, and Kansas his final four schools on Monday evening.

Griffin blew up this summer playing with the Hoopers Basketball Club out of Illinois and went from a low/mid-major prospect to a four-star talent and attracted the likes of numerous high-major programs.

Griffin’s four official visits consist of Illinois State on August 25h, Iowa State on September 8th, Pittsburgh on September 15th, and Kansas on September 29th he told PrepHoops.com.

Griffin hasn’t set an exact date as to when he’ll commit but placed a deadline at the end of September unless he likes a school so much and feels he’s ready to commit on the spot.

According to 247Sports.com, Griffin is No. 83 in the class of 2018 and the No. 2 player in the state of Illinois.
