Nate Laszewski, the 6-foot-10 power forward from Northfield Mount Hermon (MA), has committed to Notre Dame, NMH coach John Carroll said.
“Just sitting down and evaluating my options, it just felt right,” Laszewski told Scout. “I felt like I had the best relationship with the coaching staff there. I felt the University of Notre Dame could give me what I wanted in life.”
Along with the Irish, Laszewski took visits to North Carolina and Wake Forest.
“Nate is a 6-10 high-level shooter from 3 that is quickly bringing the rest of his game to that same level,” Carroll said. “He should be an impact player at Notre Dame. He was the MVP of the NEPSAC championship game as a sophomore with 26 points and 17 rebounds.”
Laszewski is the fourth member of the 2018 Notre Dame recruiting class with four-star guards Prentiss Hubb, Robby Carmody, and Dane Goodwin. According to 247Sports, Laszewski is the No. 23 power forward in the class of 2018 and the No. 4 player in the state of Massachusetts. Photo: Evan Daniels Follow Sean on Twitter
