Arizona guard and Brooklyn native Rawle Alkins has declared for the NBA Draft and will sign with an agent, he announced on Tuesday.
In his sophomore season, Alkins averaged 13.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists and lead Arizona to a PAC-12 Tournament title before falling to Buffalo in the Round of 64.
Alkins tested the waters after his freshman year but decided to return to Tuscon after working out for teams and receiving feedback from NBA personnel.
Two of Alkins’ Wildcat teammates, Allonzo Trier and Deandre Ayton, have also declared for the NBA Draft.
In the latest ESPN NBA Mock Draft, Alkins is the 50th overall pick to the San Antonio Spurs.
