Carte’Are Gordon, the 6-foot-9 transfer from Saint Louis, announced his pledge to DePaul, via Twitter.
After playing in 13 of the Billikens games this year, he averaged 8.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks. His most notable game comes from a blowout loss to No. 11 Florida State where he had 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals.
Coach Dave Leitao is receiving a big man who excels when he has the ball in the paint, is talented defensively, and is continuing to develop his jumper.
According to 247sports, Gordon was ranked as the No. 73 prospect nationally and No. 8 center. He originally chose the Billikens over Illinois, Kansas, and Kansas State. Follow Ryan on Twitter Follow Adam Zagoria on Twitter And like ZAGS on FacebookAll the way in ❤️?‼️?? pic.twitter.com/rxLyVXZFQy
