Aaron Estrada, the 6-foot-2 guard from Saint Benedict’s Prep (NJ), announced his commitment to Saint Peter’s Thursday.
“Aaron is a very crafty guard who can flat out score the ball with a great upside,” Saint Benedict’s head coach Mark Taylor told ZAGSBLOG Thursday. “St. Peter’s got a gem.”
Estrada chose Saint Peter’s over East Carolina, Robert Morris, and Wagner.
After a tough 10-22 season under first-year coach Shaheen Holloway, the Peacocks will look to bounce back and try to contend in the MAAC. They lost leading scorer Davaunte Turner to graduation.
