    Michigan State, widely expected to be the preseason No. 1 team in college basketball, is favored to win the 2020 NCAA Championship, followed by Kentucky and Duke, according to BetOnline.ag.

    The Spartans are listed at 7/1 favorites, with the Wildcats at 8/1 and the Blue Devils at 9/1.

    Kansas and Memphis, which has the nation’s No. 1 recruiting class under Penny Hardaway, are at 10/1, with defending NCAA champ Virginia at 11/1 and North Carolina at 14/1.
