Kobe Clark, the 6-foot-7 shooting guard from Vashon (MO), announced his commitment to Georgetown on Thursday, via Instagram.
Clark chose Georgetown over Missouri State, Saint Louis and Kansas State. He joins Tyler Beard, Jamari Sibley and Dante Harris as the fourth commit in the Hoyas’ 2020 class.
This season has been clouded by scandal for the Hoyas, as they saw Myron Gardner, Josh LeBlanc and Galen Alexander transfer from the university amid allegations of assault, burglary and harassment. Guard James Akinjo, who was not connected to the allegations, also transferred to Arizona.
Following the allegations, four-star forward Terrance Williams de-committed from the Hoyas and landed at Michigan.
According to 247Sports, Clark is ranked as the No. 381 overall player in the Class of 2020 and the No. 9 player from the state of Missouri.
