Gardner-Webb transfer Jose Perez cuts list to five, will announce Thursday

Jose Perez, the 6-foot-5 sophomore guard from Gardner-Webb, has cut his list to five schools and will announce Thursday at 5 p.m. ET.

Perez, who averaged 15.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.2 assists, is down to Memphis, Georgia Tech, Marquette, Illinois and Iowa State.

He cut New Mexico, BYU, Minnesota, St. John’s and DePaul.
