Class of 2022 four-star Nigerian big Felix Okpara will meet with Wake Forest staff by Zoom on Wednesday, he tells ZAGSBLOG.

“They stay in touch and call once or twice a week,” Okpara said by text.

The 6-foot-11, 210-pound center from Hamilton Heights (TN) Christian Academy, currently holds offers from Wake Forest, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Vanderbilt, Mississippi State and San Diego.

“All the schools that reached out and offered are prioritizing me,” he said.

Okpara says that South Carolina, Florida State and Memphis have been in contact recently.

    He broke down each school:

South Carolina: “They told me about their school and have been sending me encouraging messages every day.”

Florida State: “They have a history of getting Nigeria players. They told me about the school and sent a message on shooting development at Florida State.”

Memphis: “Like the other schools, they’ve been sending me some training videos.”

According to 247Sports.com, Okpara is ranked as the No. 13 center and No. 107 overall prospect in the Class of 2022.
