Class of 2021 guard D’Marco Dunn has committed to North Carolina.
“I think UNC is the best fit for me, not only because of their play style, but the type of people they are too,” he told Tipton Edits.
The 6-foot-4, 180-pound shooting guard chose UNC over his other six finalists: Clemson, Arizona, Louisville, Texas, Georgia, and Vanderbilt. Ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 19 shooting guard in the Class of 2021, Dunn joins four-star power forward Dontrez Styles in the Tar Heels’ 2021 class. The Heels remain in the mix for guards Skyy Clark and Hunter Sallis, and Dunn would like them land both. Clark announces Oct. 22, while Sallis still has a list of a dozen. “Hunter Sallis and Skyy Clark I know are real good players both on our radar,” he told Tipton Edits. “Hopefully we can get them as well.” This post has been updated.
