Lynn Greer, the 6-foot-3, 185-pound point guard from IMG Academy (FL), has committed to Dayton.

Ranked the No. 33 point guard in the Class of 2021 per 247Sports, he also held offers from Miami, Temple, Villanova, Indiana, and Wake Forest, among others.

“Coach [Anthony] Grant and the rest of the staff are very family-oriented and they made me feel like family and like Dayton was home,” the Philadelphia native said.

“They want me to play the way I play, be a playmaker for the team, create for myself and others and just be an extension of coach on the floor.”

Greer joins New York City point guard Malachi Smith, small forward Kaleb Washington and power forward DaRon Holmes in Dayton’s 2021 class.
