Miami transfer Matt Cross committed to Louisville on Thursday evening.
He will arrive on Louisville’s campus at the beginning of the first summer school session. The expectation by Cross’ family is that he will be immediately eligible for the 2021-22 season.
The 6-foot-7 forward was averaging 6.9 points on 44.9% shooting and 3.5 rebounds for the Hurricanes.
According to 247Sports, Cross was ranked No. 93 nationally in high school.
Louisville is 12-5 and is 7-4 in ACC play thus far.
