Memphis coach Penny Hardaway continued to build his roster with the additions Thursday of Memphis natives Chandler and Johnathan Lawson.

Chandler Lawson averaged 4.4 points and 3.0 rebounds as a sophomore at Oregon last season.

Johnathan Lawson is ranked the No. 19 small forward in the Class of 2021 per 247Sports.com. He initially committed to Oregon last October.

Their older brothers, Dedric and K.J. Lawson, also played at Memphis before transferring to Kansas.

Memphis is already bringing in five new players, including Miami transfer Earl Timberlake.
