Oklahoma coach Porter Moser continued to transform his roster with transfers.
Marvin Johnson, the 6-foot-6 grad transfer from Eastern Illinois, became the latest to pledge to the Sooners on Sunday. He averaged 15.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists last season.
“I picked Oklahoma because it’s home and a great opportunity for me to showcase myself,” he said. “And I’m bringing my scoring mentality to OU.”
Johnson joins Duke transfer Jordan Goldwire, Eastern Washington transfers Jacob and Tanner Groves and SMU transfer Ethan Chargois.
