Class of 2022 four-star center Felix Okpara has committed to Ohio State, he announced Monday via Twitter.
The 6-foot-11, 210-pound center from Hamilton Heights (TN) Christian Academy, took his official visit to Ohio State from June 17-19.
“The facilities and the relationship between the coaches and players,” Okpara told ZAGSBLOG after his official visit . “They really think I would fit well in their system both offensively and defensively.”
Ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 9 center and No. 47 overall prospect in the class of 2022, Okpara also took an official visit to Ole Miss.
Okpara joins four-star point guard Bruce Thornton, four-star shooting guard Roddy Gayle Jr. and three-star shooting guard Bowen Hardman in Ohio State’s 2022 recruiting class, giving the Buckeyes the No. 2 ranked recruiting class in the nation.
